Event Description: Join WWIRE Miami and your fellow female CRE/AEC industry partners for our FIRST EVENT, Mediate + Illustrate on October 12! 
 
We will be joined by Cin Rondon, a multidisciplinary artist, meditation & breathwork teacher. She began her mediation practice 18 years ago and has been able to implement a new spin on traditional meditation with focus on expanding the experiences lived throughout our everyday lives.
 
To achieve a deep state of relaxation and self-awareness, and to express the meditative experience through art. You will be guided through a visual journey mediation. Throughout your experience you will notice details such as colors, sounds, places, and shapes that stand out to you. Once the meditation is finished you will begin your artistic expression. Each participant will receive art supplies. Let the colors, shapes, and patterns flow from your memory and let your intuition guide you. This will be a representation of your inner journey.
Following the class we will enjoy light bites, refreshments and open networking.
