Event Description: Join WWIRE NorCal and your fellow female CRE/AEC industry partners for an evening of Pilates and networking at the Haworth Showroom in San Francisco. We will be joined by Pilates instuctor, Savanna, for a fun body weight Pilates inspired class that will get your heart rate up but keep impact low. We will utilize resistance bands for an extra burn. BYO yoga mat & option ankle weights. Following the class there will be refreshments and networking.
